Deer Valley Pilots is in their final planning stages for our annual picnic and membership drive.
Again we going to our membership for help in staffing the activity. Many of you lent us a hand last year at our 30yr Anniversary Picnic. We will not need any cooks and food people this year as the Airport Restaurant will be handling the food concession.
We do need people for the areas of:
Set up of tables & chairs (7am-8am)
Membership table staffing (10am-2pm)
Staffing of Water Station (10am-2pm)
Tenders for our Sponsors (10am-2pm)
Tear down and cleanup (2pm-3pm))
