In light of a recent increase in runway incursions, please remain vigilant in your efforts to ensure safety around the runway environment. 

Remain cognizant and attentive to runway crossing clearances...ALWAYS have a clearance from ATC to cross a runway. 

Have your "eyes out" and "heads up" when taxiing.
